Since 2012, we’ve been breathing new life into old walls, restoring heritage spaces and reimagining them as bakeries, bars, restaurants, gardens, and a coffee roastery.
Making is at the heart of what we do. From hand-building wood-fired ovens at Bread in Common to pulling perfect pastries from the oven, roasting our own coffee, or gathering herbs from the garden, we believe the process is just as important as the outcome.
We stay close to our sources, working with producers and growers who share our values. We choose ingredients with care, favour local where we can, grow a little ourselves, and tread lightly.
