We are a collective of artisan producers deeply connected to the land, the seasons, and a shared belief in doing things by hand.

Since 2012, we’ve been breathing new life into old spaces — restoring historic buildings and transforming them into bakeries, bars, restaurants, gardens, and a coffee roastery, each one rich with character and purpose.

At our core, we’re makers. Whether it’s hand-building wood-fired ovens at Bread in Common, baking fresh pastries, roasting our own coffee, or harvesting from the garden, making is more than just what we do — it’s the way we think, create, and connect.

We believe in staying close to the source. Our kitchens use responsibly sourced ingredients and work with local producers and regenerative farmers whenever we can. We grow what we can, reduce waste where possible, and always aim to tread lightly.
